Yolŋu Homelands
These films are from Yolŋu commnunities of North East Arnhem land notably Mata Mata and Gi'kal. There are many other Yolŋu communities. Mata Mata is a Gumatj/Warramirri community. Gi'kal is a gälpu community. It is a constant battle to keep resources flowing to them. All of the proceeds from these films and videos go back to supporting sustainable homelands.
